I was wonderin' if anyone fancied a trip down to London on this weekend...I figured that we could jump on the silverlink train down to the smoke and then take over a domitory in hostel, it'd only cost about £60 for the weekend.

Joey, Phil, Dan you fancy it? I know everyone else is far too under the thumb for this sort of thing. ;)

Dan it doesn't look like anyone is going to Glastonbury, I don't know if you are interested in going to Toulouse or not?

The Toulouse Tourism office do special deals which include tickets to the events, 2-4 star accomodation, a travel pack which includes tickets for the various museums plus discounts from some restaurants and for airport buses as well. I've asked for a quote but reckon that it'll cost in the region of £45-50 per night all in.

This Sunday. It appears that I have got to put on some records in the Victoria Pub in celebration of Movember. Apparently they will be offering wet shaves to anyone who wants to grow a moustache for that tacheback gentlemens cancer organisation.

They've asked us to have a laidback musical sunday vibe. So I will be playing Sunn 0))), Fuck Buttons, lots of loud drum'n'bass and Bodies by the Sex Pistols on repeat.

Your attendance would be appreciated.

Grant says that it's his 56th birthday on Sunday and he is going to be in the Poachers Pocket from 1330 hours onwards should anyone want to go and wish him a happy birthday.

I know I haven't seen him for a while and perhaps others haven't either so the best way of recognising him might be to look for the old decrepit bloke dribbling in the corner.

I have no clue who came to see Carter USM with me at the Hummingbird in '92 except for Grant who I remember because we both spent most of the support band thinking this was Carter, which is wasn't.

Anyway they are performing 30 Something and 1992: The Love Album at the Brixton Academy in London in November. I am quite tempted to go since they were brilliant the last time I saw them playing much the same songs. Anyone else want to relive their youth ?

Tickets are £25, I think they were £9 or something the first time so that's something which has changed.

He said he's trying to get a band to play and has a DJ who plays music what he likes - so expect the Ozric Tentacles and the Mighty Dreadzone.
