CLUB . . . Redefining Our Parameters Since 2003

Only one week to go until St Fermin now, this time next week I will be on a plane heading off across the Sea into a riot of sunshine, sangria and "El Toro".

This will be great. I have got pretty bored of work since coming back from Peru ( in fact I was already pretty bored when I came back from Australia and have never really recovered my motivation since ).

Today my colleague is spending the day making pretty graphs to show to some clients as a supposed example of what we generally do when running their service. Needless to say nothing they see will be genuine because everyone from the top down always asks for everything to be fixed for these visits to make us look good. This time we are making out our service centres are equipped with Plasma screen displays allowing us to keep our finger on the pulse of a real time stream of monitoring information. Obviously we don't have this capability and once the client goes so will the Plasma screens.
