Alabama 3 are a notorious collective of country acid house techno dance floor anthem evangelist musicians hailing from the notorious Alabama State Penitentiary - U.K.

They won't go to Goa and they sure don't dance to techno anymore but they are out there preaching the 12 Step Plan toward truly knowing, feeling, the bounty of D Waynes love for each and every one of us - especially the ladies, although he's not fussy.

They are Larry Love ( on vocals ) the teen prodigy of the Very Reverend D Wayne Love ( qualified Minister in the First Church Of Elvis The Divine ) ably assisted by The Spirit on Keyboards, L.B. Dope on Drums, The Mountain Of Love responsible for analogue mayhem, Rock Freebase on guitar and and Segs on bass guitar, I belive the transient members The Missile Of Love and the Fist Of Love also help out along the way - although I may have just made that up.

We should all remember the immortal words of Larry Love when he says

"The old purple Tin, sweet testament Lord - to the state that I'm in"

Or as D Wayne so rightly says as the cell door slams shut on his errant charge Larry Love...

"Good night Larry."

Larry Love also slags off Moby, mentions the Sopranos and apparently they were in the Simpsons. Larry also talks about how much money they made off Woke Up this Morning (3.5% of gross) but seems cagey about exactly about how much they made (anti-capitalism reigns supreme).

Very nice - it looks like there is a huge fiery yellow geyser towering above the crowd on the stage with his guitar neck jutting out above his left shoulder.
