Went to see the Dark Knight today - my favourite cinema film this year. Great on every level (except Batman does whisper a little too much) and worth seeing on the big screen. Colin is pretending he didn't like it in some elaborate ruse to stop every seeing the movie of the year!

There is so much to do in Birmingham yet I am regularly forced to go to shit pubs and sit in dingy corners next to old men so that my friends can drink horrible pints of real ale (that taste like smelly socks).

I know I am a little obsessed by the position things in Google when I feel the need the need to periodically check what is brought up by typing my name in.

Anyway today I have found my efforts to be partially rewarded - typing Joe Bunting in the UK & Ireland Google brings back information about me in the number 1 position. There is still some work to do globally however where I only come in at 7th place. Perhaps if I eliminate some of those other - false - Joe Buntings I can both enhance my own newsworthiness and elimnate some of the opposition in one go !

Of course mentioning my name ( Joe Bunting ) here a few time can't do any harm either.

I still reckon that a club meeting is required as nothing really seems to be happening nowdays.

You may find the site is currently acting a bit weird and some of the usual things on it are not working quite like they should.

This is thanks to my attempts to updgrade the site to the latest 4.2 release not going quite to plan. Right now the site is stuck at a semi stable version somewhere between 4.1 and 4.2 and is likley to add strangely until I can complete the upgrade properly.

It will be much better soon.

I have upgraded this web sites engine to version 4.1 of the Drupal CMS system. Whilst I was doing that I also took the time organise a lot of things in a clearer and more user friendly manner.

You may notice the odd difference here and there around the site but the main changes you will see are in the Collaborative Book section and the Forum section. Previously neither of these were working properly but now they work great.
